This route is a bit windy, but takes you through some great rural scenery, mostly on nearly traffic-less backroads. You start at a Safeway in Woodburn and end in rustic downtown Silverton, with an optional stop at the Mount Angel Abbey.

Loop uses as many rec. paths as possible, section along Powell has a bike lane but try not to get to this point during rush hour since you'll just be inhaling exhaust. Pavement there isn't very smooth either.
