This is my commute path from home to work. Most tricky part traffic-wise is crossing the 13/40 on Henri-Bourassa. Past that, traffic on Hymus is relatively low (but beware the trucking activity going on in this industrial zone). Mostly fast roads for shorter commute time, no cycling paths. Not recommended for beginners.
