| This is my long commute to work around the far end of Sharp's Ridge. It takes me from the North Hills area, across Broadway to the far end of Sharp's Ridge, overlooking Sharps Pass, then back down into more neighborhoods north of 640. I also avoid Inskip (too much traffic on a narrow road with many blind spots) by jogging over to Coster immediately after crossing 640. There are many routs from there to Fountain City part, but this is one of them. I change it up a lot though. | |||||

| This is a fairly strenuous ride with lots of hills, especially on the 5 mile stretch between Loves Creek and Black Oak Ridge. That said it's also a beautiful ride through the country with farms and mountains in the distance. | This combines my long east and west commutes to make a nice riding loop. It's mostly low-traffic neighborhoods, some country farm areas on the east side of town. Basically it starts by the Fountain City duck pond, goes out to Love's Creek, up onto Buffat Mill for a stretch, through some old neighborhoods, around the far end of Sharps Ridge (Sharps Pass) on the west, then back through some neighborhoods to the duck pond again. The elevation changes are mild to moderate. | |||||
