| Very beautiful out-and-back ride. You can start anywhere along Highway 12 to make the ride longer, but it doesn't add much more climbing. The second to last pitch is about 300 yards at greater than 10% grade, and watch your speed on descent- the road is in good condition, but its easy to get over 50 mph if you're not paying attention. | |||||

| County Road 25E, west of Horsetooth Mountain Park, has impressive scenery, is accessible to intermediate strength cyclists, and is an apparently little-known bike ride. Co 25E is unpaved, has a mild washboard surface, and is unsuitable for some road bikes. | |||||
