| Of all the ways to take the walk and bike path up Provo Canyon, this is my favorite. At the beginning you feel like a little kid taking back alleys and abandoned roads. Center street and 8th south are so busy that I don't like to take them. This route is great for beginners and "weathered" bikers alike. It's a nice, fun, scenic route. There are places where you can go off the trail for a while through some dirt and bushes. It's best on a week day (because then there aren't as many longboarders and pedestrians on the parkway). On a slow day with a nice long break for lunch at Bridal Veil or Vivian it will take me an 1 1/2-2 hours. | |||||
