The Biggest bike ride in Wales returns for 2010. Join the british Heart Foundation and over a 1000 participants at the popular Gower Bike Ride and enjoy a great day out! Choose from two routes, 16 and 29 miles, around the beautiful Gower Peninsula, starting and finishing at the Recreation Ground on Mumbles Road (next to St Helen's Ground), Swansea. The 16 mile route covers over half its distance on the cycle path from Gowerton to Blackpill, whilst the 29 mile route ventures further West. Starting between 9.00am and 10.00am, this is not a race, take your time and enjoy all the Gower countryside has to offer. All we ask is that you are back at the finish line by 4.00pm to collect your medal and goodie bag. Entry fee's are £10 for adults and £5 for children. A higher fee will apply to those registered on the day. For any further information please contact 0800 169 3672 or visit www.bhf.org.uk/gower
