Set in the Mediterranean the Island features everything a cyclist could dream of with a 70km long mountain range to the north & numerous easy flat roads to the south. The TACX DVD has 2 rides, this one being a long easy group ride in the south of the island, taking in mostly flat to undulating roads to finish on the 5km long climb to the monastery of St Salvador. The other ride takes in more of the mountain coast road at Valdemossa & the longest climb on the Island of Puig Major. |

| [CYCLE TOUR] Starting at the breathtaking Formantor light house we take you along twisting roads back off the peninsular to the main island, then after some easy roads take you into the Mountains to take on the world famous Sa Colobra. Route : Start at the Formantor Light house - Port de Pollenca - Pollenca - GPM Coll de Femenia 550m - Lluc - Sa Calobra - GPM Coll dels Reis 682m (Sa Calobra). A spectacular start with some undulating warm up climbs on the Cap Formantor peninsular at the very NE tip of Mallorca. A fast descent down to Porto Pollenca with stunning views of the sea & beaches below. The descent brings you to a long section of flat roads leading you to & past the inland town of Pollenca. The road gradually steepens until the start of the 2 mountain climbs on the ride. The 1st climb is 7km the Coll de Femenia (Lluc) & the final climb is the well known 10km Sa Calobra (Coll dels Reis). |
