| Good flat speedy route, including a great two-lane bike path until you reach the I-280 underpass. After the underpass, it's pretty steep-- that's why I turned around. The rest of the way back is easy downhill. |

| This is an alternate loop I do almost every Sunday morning with a bunch of other riders.
We meet up at Woodside bakery (great pastries!) and warm up to the bottom of King's Mtn. Then it's sweat and tears all the way to Skyline. Then there are a few rollers until we reach Alice's at the junction of 84 and Skyline. At this point, we take a left down 84 and end up at Woodside bakery again for some well-deserved refreshments.
The distance isn't too long but there is a lot of climbing. I usually ride to Woodside bakery for good measure. |
