Up to the Edgehill ridge, by road and across fields, then field tracks to Hornton and back via Warmington. Steepish climb up to Edgehill and one more biggish hill before Horrton, otherwise ok. Can be a bit claggy in places in winter.

Northamptonshire clay - enough said! Dry as a bone in summer and easy, but an absolute pig of a ride in winter. Then large chunks of the byway sections are either wholly, or virtually, unridable due to the churning up by 4x4s. No hills at all to speak of. A nice summer evening spin.
