Great trainig route with one major hill, 1.2 km of straight up climb @ 20% grade, the ballance of the climbs are nice rolling hills.

Extreamly scenic and hilly. The ride from Thetford to Plessivile through Saint-Jean de Brebeuf has rough pavement but low traffic. From Plessisvile back to Thetford the pavement is quite smooth but traffic volume is relatively high.
