2 or 3 little steep climbs that just make you think the Fylde is not quite flat. Possible to do 3 or 4 loops around and through Kirkham. This includes part of a Skyride as well as the Manchester to Blackpool 100K

Generally done in 2 halves. My working day is split in two! There are many routes between home and the two campuses. This tends to be the quickest! I like to include Knowle hill. Bit of a tester with the bag full of paperwork on the single gear bike.
