| [DOWNLOAD: CYCLING TOUR] The Aube Valley is ideal for a light ride or warm-up, because the route descends slightly while you are riding with the flow of the river L’Aube. The green, rural area and deserted villages add to the relaxed atmosphere of the French Champagne region. This route and associated Tacx video (T2055.05) is a remake of the first part (but about 6km further up river) of the Tacx Real Life Video from 2004 (T1956.07) which covers 78km of the Aube Valley. |

| [CYCLE TOUR] Aube Valley Ride 2004 (FR). A lovely, gentle (to begin with), countryside route through a picturesque part of central France with the odd quiet village along the way as it eventually becomes a little more rolling after Gevrolles. The last 45km, after what has been a gently falling profile along the Aube Valley, will 'warm' the legs much more! But, overall, the route is comfortable, if you can handle to distance |
