Pass through Newton Pop via Dotton, through Harpford, Tipton, round to West Hill, up and over to Aylesbeare down great hill, with views across to aiport and beyond. Pass airport, through Clyst Honiton, into Exeter and return to start via Pinhoe. Mix of some busy roads but more generally quite rural roads, several good climbs. | |||||

The effort required to climb steeply to well over 300m several times on this ride is well worth it though - the roads are largely quiet and the scenery exquisite, and the towns and villages you pass through en route have a typical country charm.
