38 Miles from the gateway 2800ft ascent, outer loop out by brickworks best done clockwise (MUCH harder anti-clockwise), Inner loop best done clockwise, 2 climbs on the B5166 coming out of wilmslow (one of which is a 12%)

Route best done clockwise, for an extra hard climb, from "pot shrigley", keep following road right down "spuley lane", turn left up "Blaze Hill", cross road onto "Pike Rd", follow till "Hooleyhey Ln" up to The St (very hard, 20%+). The loop has almost 4000ft ascent, also 12% ascent on B5166 from wilmslow which is quite hard at the end of this ride, after, the B5166 "styal rd" is fun and fast.
