A nice little ride with three 100m approx climbs. Includes some high speed descents, but nothing too technical. This route is a steal of funky's "Mt Ainslie / Majura - Canberra Nature Park Training Loop", but I have added many more comments to help you find the way (because it took me a while to find it all) and taken out the climb up Mt Ainsley at the finish.

Daily ride by Nowra cyclists. Meet at 6AM Monday to Saturday in the Toruist Information Centre carpark for a bunch ride. Besides a recovery ride at 30km/h (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) this route is also used for the HOP (Hour of Power at 40km/h +) on Tuesdays, and the Swappio (Rolling turns at 35-38km/h) in a 70-75 inch gear on Thursdays and Saturdays.
