Wonderful loop East of Ashland. You can't ask for a better ride. Only 4800 feet of climbing, and an equal amount of decending.

This route travels a big loop in the Mother Lode region of the California east of Sacramento. Passes Folsom Lake, Cool, and the Coloma Gold discovery site of 1848. Fabulous.
