This is quite hilly for the first half, then mostly flat, except for the unavoidable climb back to Squirrel Hill. It is mostly low to medium traffic.

This is a pretty hilly trail for the first half and then nice and flat. It is relatively low traffic for a trail that starts in Pittsburgh and runs all the way out to Robinson Town Center and Neville Island.
