Journey along the Grand River and enjoy some of the best scenic back roads in Haldimand County.
You can choose to extend your trip and cycle right down to Lake Erie. Stop for a meal at the Sunflower Cafe in Selkirk, the Cheapside Diner in Cheapside or the Ye Old Fisherville Restaurant.

Travel along parts of the Feeder Canal and watch for birds and other wildlife.
Visit the site of Lock 27 by following Feeder Canal Rd. all the way to the lock.
The lock was built in 1846 to create a transportation linkage between the Grand River and the Welland Canal.
Explore the Carolinian Forest at Rock Point Provincial Park, or enjoy Lake Erie and go for a swim at the beach.
The Mohawk Island lookout is also located in Rock Point Provincial Park.

Travel along the scenic banks of the Grand River, lots of camping spots available including Byng Conservation Area, South Cayuga Campgrounds and along the Grand River.
B&B's also located aklong the river and lakeshore. Stop in the No. 6 RCAF Museum at the Dunnville Airort for a tour and stroll along the pier at Port Maitland.
