| This route takes you thru the historic ports of Baltimore, Sparrows Point and on to Fort Howard. Note! This is is for hardy bikes and riders. Depending on day/time there can be tractor trailer traffic (Keith and Broening Hwys). Also the Sparrows Pt. sections should not be ridden w/out a pump and patch kit (lots of metal bits). HOWEVER, this is one of my favorite rides with views unlike anything you'll see in the counties. (870' of climb) 1st leg of the "3-Legged Dog" a 200K |

| A June Century. Loved this route. Beautiful scenery northbound. NCR trail southbound is fine for a road bike with 28's or larger tires. (as long as the trail is dry!) |
