Start in Grimsby friday morning. Stop in St catharines for work(8 hours). Then do the rest, biking late into the night or practicing camping on the side of the road, wake up and finish saturday morning

Cars travel on highway 8 quite fast(80-100km/h) but it has an ok shoulder and its very open so with a mirror you have alot of time to prepare for passing cars.
