| 17 mile running loop from home, has a Stewarts store at the 10 mile mark (assuming a start from my home), good place to stop for a Gatorade. |

| This is actually a pretty ride, too. Nice roads, a good mix of terrain, mostly very quiet and pretty, too. |

| good training ride, a little over an hour long at 20MPH pace. Couple of hills make that pace a challenge. Good workout when you've only got an hour or so. Takes the bike path from Outlet Rd. to village of Ballston Lake, but you could also just take Lake Rd. and Schauber into the village, then pick up course on 146A. |

| Nice ride through mostly very quiet roads in Western Saratoga and Eastern Montgomery Counties.
Like many of my routes, this one starts and ends at my house. You can always start in the village of Charlton, where there are several public places where you can park, e.g., town hall, and have a very nice loop with approximately the same distance. |

| Nice 50 mile ride that includes a trip up to Lake Desolation. If you want to exclude the climb, just take Lake Desolation Rd. up to Coy Rd. and head out that way. But be warned that there are a couple of other "fun" climbs even without Lake Desolation. |

| This is a nice ride with a fairly tough hill in the middle of it. Since the hill is just ridden "because it's there," people could elect to wait at the bottom for anyone who wanted to climb it, and still enjoy a nice ride. As with many of my rides, it starts and ends at my house, but there are plenty of places where you could start. |

| One section is dirt (Northern end of Maple Ave, above Rte. 67) so perhaps not biking. |
