good training ride, a little over an hour long at 20MPH pace. Couple of hills make that pace a challenge. Good workout when you've only got an hour or so. Takes the bike path from Outlet Rd. to village of Ballston Lake, but you could also just take Lake Rd. and Schauber into the village, then pick up course on 146A.

Nice ride through some pretty country. Good workout, mix of terrain. Might make it a little longer and avoid Middleline Rd., which has more traffic than the rest of the route, though still not bad.
