Very flat, easy, some traffic to Magor but then very quiet on good roads. Toilets, snacks etc available at Wetlands Centre (open 'til 5:00 p.m.), nice views of Severn Estuary. Part of route to Nash closed temporarily (I think until end Oct 2009) but I was able to detour around fields and rejoin road.

Easy route to Talybont on good but quiet roads to Raglan then Abergavenny, busier (but OK) stretch along A40 to Crickhowel then scenic road following river and canal to Talybont. Great pubs in Talybont.
