| Starts and finishes in Rochdale, UK. I'm not a fan of A-roads and the weather was good when I tackled the NWP so I diverted onto a lot of nice lanes to get away from the traffic wherever possible. This is hillier than the official route and slightly longer at 212 km. |

| This is the route of the Mini-North-West Passage from Rochdale. I have made one slight change to the route at Whalley, taking to the hills to avoid a stretch of A-road. |

| A very hilly 101 km ride from Littleborough near Rochdale (UK). 75% on quiet country roads. It has some brutal little climbs. If you want to take out one of the hard climbs and shorten the route by about 13 km, turn right for Mankinholes just before you get into Todmorden. |

| Route of the Season of Mists audax event which takes place on the first Sunday of October each year from Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. It is a very tough, scenic 100 km with 2,500 of climbing, some very steep. Cafe stops at Country Kitchen cafe, Waddington and Coldwell Activity Centre Cafe above Nelson. (MSeries had previously posted a route with one shortcut and one diversion in it. This is the official route.) There is always a great refreshments table laid on at HQ in Hebden Bridge afterwards. Event details can be found in the Audax UK calendar at http://www.aukweb.net/cal/index.htm |

| Start/Finish at Market Place car park Hebden Bridge. It is a long stay park and only about 30p/hour. Don't skimp on the pay-and-display - wardens are always on the prowl!
The route is 83 km in length (52 miles) and squeezes in a lot of climbing, some very tough, totalling about 1,900 m (6,200 ft). Not for beginners!
Watch out for Scar Top Moor Lodge on your left at about the 64 km point. They have a good cafe/tea room upstairs. |
