IS YOU REALLY AFRAID DOGS, DON'T ATTEMPT THAT ROUTE. Mostly low traffic roads. A long 5,5-6km uphill pass to Palaiokatsro average 6% grade. Ascent for the total distance about 1100m.

This is the route of the open cycling road race, Gyros of Polifitos lake, which is organised every year from the Blood-donors association of Servia. Total ascent 720m, 2-3 short step hills (9%), 3-4 a bit larger (1.5-2km) ascents with less grade (4-5%)

A very beautifull ascent route to Katafigi Village. Starts with 11 km ascent with moderate grades. the Last 15 km are ups and downs (mostly up) in the woods, with steeper grades. Don't try that ride from mid October through April because Katafigi is build at near 1500m above sea level.
