| This is a really nice day out on the bike with some quite testing hills when climbing up into the hills of glenarm then back into carnlough for some lunch in the londonderry arms. |

| A route of two halves the first half goes from Cookstown to Portadown passing along the edge of loch neagh. From Portadown it follows the Newry canal along the old tow path to Newry ending at the Newry Cathedral. Most of the route is low traffic but the second half is suitable for those looking for somewhere to cycle with children
