Climb 150m in 1500m for a 10% average grade with a steady straight start for first half when you notice the road start to kick up in a series of impossibly steep steps that bend out of sight until you reach the fools step ~30% (20m up in 60m distance) that hides the final step up at just 20% before 500m of nearly flat riding that seems like a lie. This climb was made famous by Rick Hansen in his epic Man in Motion world tour in a wheel chair in 1985 as he noted it as the toughest challenge at the beginning of long journey.
