| The Biggest bike ride in Wales returns for 2010. Join the british Heart Foundation and over a 1000 participants at the popular Gower Bike Ride and enjoy a great day out!
Choose from two routes, 16 and 29 miles, around the beautiful Gower Peninsula, starting and finishing at the Recreation Ground on Mumbles Road (next to St Helen's Ground), Swansea. The 16 mile route covers over half its distance on the cycle path from Gowerton to Blackpill, whilst the 29 mile route ventures further West.
Starting between 9.00am and 10.00am, this is not a race, take your time and enjoy all the Gower countryside has to offer. All we ask is that you are back at the finish line by 4.00pm to collect your medal and goodie bag.
Entry fee's are £10 for adults and £5 for children. A higher fee will apply to those registered on the day.

| Join the British Heart Foundation and hundreds of people to get their heart pumping as they choose between 8, 32 or 48 miles of scenic cycling. The annual Worcester Bike ride starts and finishes at Worcester Race course. These circular routes take you through the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, passing through Broitwich, Bromsgrove and Wychavon before returning to Worcester. Enter as a team, family or simply challenge yourself.
This great day out is suitable for all ages and fitness levels so come along to help your heart stay healthy whilst helping save the hearts of the nation.
This event statrs between 9am and 10am.
Entry fee's are £10 per adult and £5 per child. On the day registrtaion will be charged at a slightly higher fee.

This is the ultimate bike challenge for 2010! Searching for an event that will really challenge you, that will give you hero status amongst friends and colleagues? The BHF Exmoor Bike Marathon is the event for you – an extreme 100km off road cycling challenge for a great cause.
This is our most technical and challenging cycle ride but like any other marathon it is attainable to all those that live, breathe and train for it! The ultimate challenge is to complete the 100km route, but following the route you can shorten the distance to 12.5, 25, 50 or 75km to tailor make your personal challenge.
Starting in the beautiful Hawkcombe valley in Porlock, the route encompasses some thrilling single track sections, exhausting uphill climbs and exhilarating descents of the Exmoor national park. It’s a journey of exploration to test your limits and give you a truly memorable experience.
Training is essential to complete this challenging ride so please enter early to receive your training guidelines and improve your heart health with regular training in order to conquer one of the most challenging bike marathons in the country.
Due to the nature of this challenge entrants must be at least 16's years of age. The event entry fee is £33 per adult. Please enter early to avoid disappointment and ensure you are fully prepared for the challenge of the Exmoor Bike Marathon. |

This British Heart Foundation ride follows a wonderfully scenic and flat route with a choice of 27 and 50 mile distances. Ideal for both families and those looking for a real challenge, this is a great opportunity to get your heart pumping while raising life-saving funds for the Bhf.
The ride starts between 9am and 10.30am from Abbymoor Stadium in Glastonbury, and we hope to make this year's Somerset Levels Bike Ride bigger and better than ever! So please help spread the word by telling all your friends and family about the event and the great cause they will be supporting.
Entry fee's are £10 for adults and £5 per child. Any places still remaining on the day will be charged at a higher entry fee.

There is 2 second delay between phases. Sight lines are poor.
Impossible for Disabled & children, high risk for anyone else.
