Weaver Valley CC offroad ride, 3rd Jan 2009. A nice and varied off road ride, the highlights being the less well known tracks of Delamere Forest to the south of the A559. Stop at the Summertrees Cafe SE of Kelsall for a break. On this route there are sections of the Sandstone Trail used, which should be walked.

What we have here is a 60 mile wander around the lanes of east Cheshire. Pretty much all on quiet roads, with some short crossing sections of busier roads.

Follow cycle paths and the Trans Pennine tail into the heart of Liverpool, then across the Mersey on the ferry. The route then follows the coast and Sustrans routes to the Two Mills cafe, before travelling back on quiet Cheshire lanes to the start.

A long run from Northwich to the excellent cafe a the Llandegla MTB centre. The return leg travels through the centre of Chester to limit the distance home, so take care there and on the main A534 between Bickerton Poacher pub and Farndon.

Similar to the Plessey route, but with an extra loop at the end making it upto a full 90 miles. The loop is hilly too, so a fair bit tougher than the alternative.
