| There is a dirt pulloff across from a preschool, where you can park to begin your route. This rails to trails route goes all the way to the Seacoast, supposedly! |

| This is a route I used to (somewhat) safely commute from Manchester, NH to Merrimack, NH. One of the key things it does is avoid busy Route 3 / DW Highway. It starts in the North End of Manchester, skirts downtown Manchester, crosses over to Manchester's West Side, then goes through Bedford and into Merrimack. The part through Bedford is a very nice ride. Approximately 25% of this ride has no shoulder or a very narrow shoulder. When planning this route I realized there no way around this, but I did find the quietest roads I could which makes it a lot safer and comfortable. |

| This is a loop I do from Manchester, NH. It starts in the North End of Manchester, goes through Hooksett, Candia, Auburn and then back to Manchester. The stretch through Auburn is scenic and passes right by Lake Massabesic.
Most of the roads are pretty mellow, which makes up for the lack of shoulder space sometimes. This also is good since Manchester, NH and the surrounding towns are just about totally devoid of any "Share The Road" signs or bike lanes. Unfortunately Manchester is pretty clueless about promoting biking. |

| About 15 miles into this ride is a steep 3 mile downhill. Since this is an out and back route, that means 35 miles in is a killer 3 mile uphill. |
