| This is a route from downtown silver spring to UMCP that is, for the most part, entirely along parkway/ bike path. Very safe, very pleasant. |

| First half of Rock Creek you share with cars. The second half has a separate bike path. The cars are considerate and only going 25 to 35 mph. Peak rush hour might not be that pretty, though. |
