| From the marina of Kalamata we pass through all the lengh of the east beach.Then we climb the hills of Taygetos.We arrive at Eleochorion village and then through the national road the route ends at the Castle. There we have a beautiful view of the whole city from above. |

| A route north of Taygetos Motel which I did recently, one of the many one can do in the area. It crosses the forest and all you can hear is the wind blowing through the trees. Water is plenty along the way, especially in winter and spring. |
