| Mostly bike path with some road. Uses M5 and Heathcote Rd - both busy. M7 bike path is downhill in a southerly direction - with a northerly wind you can fly along here. |

| This ride is best done early am and Sunday has the least traffic. The intersection of President Ave and the Kingsway at Caringbah is pobably the most tricky with heavy traffic, hence option to loop around this intersection and use the lights to cross from Port Hacking Rd onto the Kingsway |
