Gorgeous 70 miler on country roads in Klickitat County. One long-ish, sustained climb that starts at mile 20 - the sweeping vistas are well worth the suffering. Be sure to fuel up at the grocery store in Goldendale because there is absolutely nothing besides rolling farmland between there and the end of the ride.
