| Follow the bike path along 34 Ave to 71 St and turn right.
Follow 71 St to Milbourne road, and again turn right. This route is marked with blue bike signs.
Milbourne road twists and turns a bit, but eventually intersects with 86 st. Time for another right.
Ride the path adjacent to 86 St all the way to the end at Argyll, and continue on the road for a few more blocks. Turn left at the T intersection, 69 Ave.
Following 69th ave will bring you to the Mill Creek trail which goes the rest of the distance, and is a lovely ride.
At the bottom of the ravine, the trails get quite confusing. Just keep following in the direction of the pyramids. You'll go over a couple of overpasses before passing the Muttart on one side or the other. If you ended up on the road, just go into the parking lot to rejoin the trail, which goes up over one last bridge before ending up at the Cloverdale. |

| From my neighborhood in Belgravia, up 109 st past Safeway, and through a part of downtown. The rest was almost entirely trails. Some steep, some not-so steep. Some of them were only foot-wide trails, not necessarily made for bikes. |
