This is the original Spot as drawn by Charles Siple. Park at the Junior High School located just east of Groveport's Business District. The route is mainly rural, with some traffic increase between Lithopolis and Groveport due to Columbus' fringe suburbs. Please be EXTREMELY CAREFUL crossing US 23 between Island Road and Hagerty Road and crossing US 33 at Rager Road as both these routes are near-freeways and have heavy, high speed traffic. You may wish to use Gender Road south to Groveport Road west to return to Groveport. Food may be purchased at Groveport, Ashville, South Bloomfield, Commercial Point, Darbyville, Circleville, Amanda (two miles off route at Amanda Northern Road), Lithopolis, Canal Winchester, and Pickerington. Restrooms are available in most of these towns, with the possible exception of Commercial Point and Darbyville. Inquire locally and please feel free to add information to this map. The route is flat to rolling farmland in the west and north, with larger hills in the southeast in eastern Pickaway and Fairfield Counties.

This is Woodstock as I originally drew it (with a few alterations). Most of US 42 and Ohio 61 have been taken out of the route for safety reasons, and there are other portions of the route which some people may not be comfortable with, particularly in the area around Powell, Polaris, Liberty Road, Africa Road, and Sunbury along US 36 and Ohio 61. Park at Worthington Dairy Queen (There is plenty of parking available. Please park where you will not be interfering with businesses in the area.) Food may be found in Worthington, Powell, at the intersection of US 42 and Section Line Road, in Ostrander and on US 36 about a half mile east of the route near Ostrander, in Delaware, Kilbourne, Sunbury,Galena, Cheshire, and in the Polaris Area. Restrooms may also be found in these areas and also in Alum Creek State Park. Inquire locally and please feel free to add information to this map. The route is basically rolling farmland and suburbs with long hills as you approach and leave the major streams in the area.
