The way points of this bicycle route:

I kept going on Richmond Parkway, not knowing any better. Nothing says no bikes, but it's pretty much like bicycling on the freeway. I suggest turning on Parr Blvd instead.

If you enjoyed bicycling on the freeway, now you get to bicycle on an off-ramp.

the park has a paved road so it's fine for road bikes.

Encountered a group on horses here. I learned that horses get freaked out by bikes.

You can ride to the end of the pier. Nice views all around.

there are bathrooms and water fountains here.

If you cross the street here there is a bike road on the other side that takes you through the interchange.
