This here's an untested and unverified route. Based on a crude recollection of a set of bikemaps for eastern Massachusetts and blind ambition to reach the honest-to-goodness "look east enough and you'll see Europe" Atlantic and return in one day. So, yeah, the mileage here is doubled, because this is a roundtrip.
