The way points of this bicycle route:
take route 9 (north elm st) out of town
take a left onto route 143/main road, you can stay on 9, but i think that 143 is a little less hilly
143 turns left, stay on e windsor rd
take left on route 9 and continue on it till pittsfield. it changes names a lot. but it is still 9
route 9 merges with 8
left turn on 1st street
rt turn on elm or east street, i cant tell which one it is
left turn on south street (highway 7)
rt turn on w. housatonic street(highway 20) continue on out of pittsfield
