Route 214 is an easy route. Good Shoulder. it even works in the wintewr. Since it is a no salty zonbe, people avoid it during snow storms. This fact may keep the traffic on the road down all year.
Welcome to the Riverbend Country store. Be careful at intersection cars have several blindspots and the road narrows. I only take this road when i intend to turn at factory Street because I do not like the shoulder section for a mile or so.

This turn off onto horn of the moon really makes this ride. A ride extension here is to hit the North Branch single track on the descent into montpelier
turn here is like saying outloud, "An average amount of punishment is not enough. I need pain and another downhill."
It is bummer but make sure you so down at the bottom it end quickly and serious speed is possible down North St.
