Start at the Cap-aux-Os hostel great place to stay
cross the bridge across the Baie de Gaspé
nice views of Baie de Gaspé, the Dartmouth River is to the northwest
Gaspe is a cute little touristy town
consider doing your food shopping in Gaspé, there won't be another grocery store until Murdochville
Here is the Campikng Centre de Plein Air du Lac York nice place to stay
the Campground has nice little chalets also
Murdochville has very interesting copper mines. The tour of the mines in very interesting.
look to the north for good view of the windmills
the Marche PAM grocery store in Murdochville seemed clean and modern
notice the cool windfarm "le parc éolien"
passing through la Réserve faunique des Chic-Chocs
to the southwest is the lac de l'Anse Pleureuse
nice little rest stop here with park benches, tables, and bathrooms
Mont-Louis Camping is fine has OK little restaurant
Restaurant L'eau à la bouche is fantastic nice food and super service
the road along the coast is flat and smooth here
nice overlook here
Hôtel-Motel Grande-Vallée des Monts was very nice the staff was very accomodating with our bicycles
there is a functioning windfarm (parc éolien) here in L'Anse-à-Valleau
