start off in dukes wood which has manydifferent paths and some bike trails with jumps. once you exit the woods the join the A695 which is flat. once you turn off that road there is a large climb up a hill. once you enter the second woods on this route is downhill all the way, a tip for this section in the woods is to just keep going forward and dont turn off onto any other paths. when you exit the woods you cycle along a low-traffic road.
