The way points of this bicycle route:
start at bedford st, bit of footpath riding this is a nice little 20 minute warmup exercise
cross the bridge and head to the bike path past the golf course
turn right onto sycamore st, very nice short steep climb
turn right onto foch st
get back onto the bike path going back the other way
just turn right and stay on the footpath cos it's a very short distance to a right turn
turn right onto albion rd
climb to the top of the little incline, then turn left onto barkly st
finished
