there's a cycle path over the railway bridge, but it's probably safest not to use it, because rejoining the road on the other sie isn't very nice

ignore the cycle path, it's not worth the bother

turn left on to the red cycle path up the hill

a man here may try to make you go a slightly different route

there are cycle paths and crossings here, but if you can get in the "turning right" lane as you come under the bridge there's not much point

get onto the cycle path here

watch for slippery cobbles under the bridge

more slippery cobbles

turn back on yourself up the ramp onto the bridge, and go left
