The way points of this bicycle route:
This is about where I start.
Hop the chain here (It's only 6" high) to go where cars can't.
This is the only semi-bad spot for traffic, but people are good to me in the mornings!
Left on Oak St.
Traffic light here... when it turns green, you'll have an empty road to shoot up to 9th or 10th.
Watch for soccer moms and insane kids in cars by the school parking lot. Might be safer to keep going up to 10th and turn there.
Traffic light. Yes, the sensor works for bikes. :-)
I cut up to 17th here, because of all the stop signs on 14th.
No stop signs on 17ths, and only a few lights. Nice, wide road, for the most part.
Watch for joggers!
Rat maze and strollers in this area.
Shortest trip across the river without leaving the trail is this bridge. Take it!
The sidewalk (ok, it's just asphalt from the curb to the building) is a designated bike route along here! Take it!
I jump back on the road here to go north.
Hey! I'm HERE! This is where I get off this pony ride!
