This route is good for those who needs to cross 404 and does not want to ride on 16th Ave and Hwy 7. The route crosses a conservation area at the end of Briggs Ave. The route goes off road at the end of E.Wilmot St and it takes some skills riding under 404 to reach Tiverton Court.
