Remain on Pomfret Rd
Turn right onto Queeche W. Hartford Rd. at bridge.
Turn left onto Queeche West Hartford Rd.
Bear right onto Old Town Farm Rd.
Merge onto River Rd.
Turn right onto Rte 12
Turn right onto Rte 4, go around green CCW to South Street.
Turn right onto South St.

Most of this route is either up or down. It can be run the opposite direction to make the climbs a bit easier, but this direction gives a 5-mile descent that is one spoke short of heaven.
