The way points of this bicycle route:
Start at Constitution Beach parking lot. There is a royal roast beef on bennington St. with great Seafood and Roast Beef among other things. They also have a good variety of drinks, and water.
Coughlin Playground is a great place to watch the planes landing and take in the ocean views
Deer Island has quite a few hiking trails and bike paths. It is the former home of the prison complex and where the WasteWater Treatment Plant for Boston Harbor is today. The large Egg Shaped Domes are the treatment plants
At mile 12 you will now be passing the Belle Island Reservation. A marshy area with a lot of sea life, great kayaking, and a great birding or fishing spot.
Your next stop will Be Revere Beach. For Lunch Try the world famous Kelly's Roast Beef. If you cant' make it for the entire loop get on the T at Revere Beach or Wonderland and head back to orient Heights.
You will go through Glenwood Cem and Woodlawn Cem two hidden gem walking areas in Everett on your way back toward Winthrop/East Boston

You will cross the Chelsea St Bridge Into East Boston on your way back toward Bennington st.
You return after a 27 mile bike loop through East Boston - Winthrop Revere Everett, Chelsea and Back to East Boston.
