The way points of this bicycle route:
Start by the track opposite Hall Road, which leads to the prison.
Turn left into a wider track
Turn right onto a new track to the marshes
Turn right to follow the edge of the field/wood
Over a sandy track and into the wooded track
Join the main track again
Keep left up the small hill
Having gone around the pound look for a track through the wood on the right
Arrive at Somerleyton railway station
Accros the tarmac road and along a rough track
Good Broads pub with good food.
Down to the river and along the towpath
An old, restored, water pump mill.
Into the wood and through a gate or two then left through the wood
Up hill steeply with some steps
carpark on the herringfleet Hills Road.
Turn right into Blocka Road
Past the tarmac road at the bottom of the dell, up the other side and turn right through the farm buildings
Along the top of the hill (?) to the tarmac road which if you want to turn left takes you to Somerleyton Hall, BUT turn right for the route
Left at the road entrance to Somerleyton hall
Left through the village
Somerleyton Green, very picturesque! Carry straight on after the green, dont follow the main road.
Turn left into Station Road
By the tennis courts at the playing field carry straight on along a track
Bear left , don't go down to the marshes
Continue on Waddling Lane not taking the narrow track on your right

Take the track on the left to get back to where you started from
