starting at Wabansia. Paulina has lights at North and Milwaukee.
It's difficult to cross Division here, but try just forcing your way across as a pedestrian.
Ohio or Erie will work here. Erie has light @ Ashland, Ohio is better paved.
"Breakfast Club" here is tasty. Note Italian neighborhood @ Grand and Noble, including two standout groceries (Bari Foods and Green Grocer). Mind pavement on Hubbard.
financial district. Monroe and Van Buren are nice east-west cross streets since they don't have bus traffic.

Jog @ Ashland with stoplight past the Cobra Lounge (4AM bar)
Look up above the Metra tracks: it's a huge Bridge to Nowhere!
